I build AttendFlow — an attendance and academic tracker for college students in India — and I write the guides on this site. That includes the explainers on the 75% attendance rule, attendance condonation, CGPA and SGPA conversion, and the study and exam-prep material under Guides.
Everything in the tools section is something I built because the arithmetic kept coming up: what is my attendance actually at, how many classes can I miss before I am in trouble, and what does this CGPA translate to in percentage terms for a form that will not accept anything else.
Most Indian colleges enforce a minimum attendance requirement — usually 75% — and falling below it can mean a shortage notice, a condonation request, or being barred from sitting the end-semester exam. The rule is well known. What is not well handled is the running arithmetic: knowing, on any given Tuesday, exactly where you stand and what it costs to miss the next class.
AttendFlow started as a way to answer that question in one tap instead of a spreadsheet, and grew into a timetable, exam and marks tracker as the same students asked for more.
