Our story

How AttendFlow was born

From a personal frustration to an app students use to stay above the attendance line.

The problem — 2025

A student missed exams due to attendance

A college friend got barred from sitting their semester exam—not because they didn't study, but because they didn't realize their attendance had slipped below 75%. There was no app warning them. No real-time percentage. Just a notice board on the last day.

The build — 2025

First version built and readied for launch

We built a simple Flutter app—just attendance tracking with a percentage counter and basic alerts. Early users had the same problem, and their feedback shaped every feature that came next. The early feedback shaped every feature that came next.

The launch — 2026

Shipped on Play Store, then grew into a full academic toolkit

Students kept asking for more: timetable management, exam reminders, marks tracking, study documents. We built it all while keeping the core simple, with a free plan for everyone and an optional Pro subscription that funds ongoing development.

Growing steadily, one campus at a time

AttendFlow is used by students across India. We remain a small, focused team with a single priority: help students take control of their academic life before small problems become big consequences.

AttendFlow is founded and built by Praharsh Nagpure, who also writes the guides published on this site.

AttendFlow is built and maintained by a small team of passionate developers who were students themselves not long ago. We experienced the exact problems AttendFlow solves—manual registers, missed exam eligibility, scattered spreadsheets.

We are based in India and proud to be building a product used by students across the country. We believe technology should solve real problems simply—not add complexity to already busy lives.
