Our story

How AttendFlow was born

From a personal frustration to an app used by tens of thousands of students.

The problem — 2022

A student missed exams due to attendance

A college friend got barred from sitting their semester exam—not because they didn't study, but because they didn't realize their attendance had slipped below 75%. There was no app warning them. No real-time percentage. Just a notice board on the last day.

The build — 2023

First version shipped on Play Store

We built a simple Flutter app—just attendance tracking with a percentage counter and basic alerts. Within two months it had thousands of downloads from students who had the same problem. The early feedback shaped every feature that came next.

The growth — 2024

Expanded to a full academic toolkit

Students kept asking for more: timetable management, exam reminders, marks tracking, study documents. We built it all while keeping the core simple. Premium subscriptions let us invest in cloud sync, advanced analytics, and better support.

Today — 2025

10,000+ students, still growing

AttendFlow is used across hundreds of institutions in India. We remain a small, focused team with a single priority: help students take control of their academic life before small problems become big consequences.
