Refund Policy

AttendFlow Pro renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancelling happens in the store that sold you the subscription rather than inside the AttendFlow app, because that store — not AttendFlow — is the merchant of record for the purchase.

On Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store app on the device signed in with the Google account that bought Pro, or go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Select AttendFlow, choose Cancel subscription, and confirm.

On iOS (the App Store)

1. Open the Settings app on the iPhone or iPad signed in with the Apple Account that bought Pro.
2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Select AttendFlow, choose Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It is not the same as a refund of a period you have already paid for — for that, see sections 3 and 4.

• You keep Pro until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. A monthly plan cancelled on day three still has Pro for the rest of that month; a yearly plan keeps it until the yearly renewal date. Google Play shows the exact date under your subscription.
• Nothing is deleted. When the paid period ends, your account simply returns to the free plan.
• Pro-only features stop at that point — report export, attendance prediction, achievements and leaderboard, holidays, and the extra workspaces — and the free plan's limits and ads apply again.
• You can resubscribe at any time. Your account and its data are still there, so Pro simply switches back on.

• Pro subscriptions are processed by the app store that sold them — refunds are requested through Google Play or Apple, not directly from AttendFlow, and the decision on a refund is that store's to make.
• Google Play: Google may offer an automatic refund if you request it within 48 hours of purchase. Outside that window it reviews requests individually against its own Google Play refund policy.
• App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, which Apple reviews under its own refund policy.
• AttendFlow never receives or stores your payment details, so we cannot take the payment, reverse it, or process a refund ourselves.
• If you think you were charged in error — for example a renewal after you cancelled, or a duplicate charge — raise it with the store that charged you and email us as well, so we can check what your account shows.

1. Open the Google Play Store, or visit play.google.com/store/account.
2. Go to your purchase history and find your AttendFlow Pro subscription.
3. Choose "Report a problem" or "Request a refund" and follow the prompts.

• EEA/UK consumers: you may have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days. For digital subscriptions that begin immediately, this right can end once the service starts with your express consent; where it applies, it is in addition to Google Play's process.
• If we cancel your subscription without cause (not due to your breach), you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund of the unused period, as described in our Terms of Service.
• Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights under the law that applies to you (for example, the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019).
