Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds for AttendFlow Premium subscriptions purchased through Google Play Store. Since all purchases are processed by Google, Google's refund policies and procedures apply to all transactions.

2.1 Google Play Store Refund Policy

• Automatic Refund Window: You may be eligible for an automatic refund if you request it within 48 hours of purchase
• Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
• Unused Portion: Google may provide refunds for unused portions in certain circumstances

2.2 How to Request a Refund

1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device
2. Go to Menu → Account → Purchase history
3. Find your AttendFlow subscription purchase
4. Tap "Request a refund" or "Report a problem"
5. Select a reason and submit your request

Alternatively, visit play.google.com/store/account on the web.

2.3 Refund Processing

• Refund requests are processed by Google Play Store, not by AttendFlow
• Google typically processes requests within 1–3 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation from Google when processed

3.1 Automatic Refund Eligibility

• You request the refund within 48 hours of purchase
• The purchase was made by mistake
• The subscription was purchased but not used
• You experienced technical issues that prevented use of the service

3.2 Special Circumstances

• Unauthorized purchases made on your account
• Technical issues that prevent the app from functioning
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Service unavailability for extended periods

4.1 How to Cancel

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Go to Menu → Subscriptions
3. Find "AttendFlow Premium"
4. Tap "Cancel subscription"

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

• Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period
• You retain access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period
• Your account then reverts to the Free plan
• Your data is preserved; Premium features will no longer be accessible

5.1 Free Trials

• You will not be charged until the free trial ends
• Cancel during the free trial to avoid being charged
• If you cancel after the trial ends, standard refund policies apply

5.2 Promotional Pricing

• Refund policies apply the same as regular purchases
• If you cancel and resubscribe, you may not be eligible for the same promotional price

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Subscriptions used for the full billing period
• Subscriptions cancelled after the refund window has expired
• Subscriptions where the user has received the full value of the service
• Subscriptions cancelled due to violation of our Terms of Service

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider, your AttendFlow account may be suspended or terminated. We recommend resolving issues through Google Play Store's refund system first. Contact us at support@attendflow.app if you need assistance.

• Payment Method Credit: 5–10 business days (varies by bank/card issuer)
• Total Time: Typically 5–14 business days from request to credit

Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original purchase. If exchange rates have changed, the refund amount may differ slightly due to fluctuations.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you by posting the updated policy and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
