Important: All subscription purchases for AttendFlow are processed through Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play Store's refund system, not directly to AttendFlow.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds for AttendFlow Premium subscriptions purchased through Google Play Store. Since all purchases are processed by Google Play Store, Google's refund policies and procedures apply to all transactions.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Google Play Store Refund Policy
Google Play Store offers refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions under certain conditions:
- Automatic Refund Window: You may be eligible for an automatic refund if you request it within 48 hours of purchase
- Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
- Unused Portion: Google may provide refunds for unused portions of subscriptions in certain circumstances
2.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for your AttendFlow subscription:
- Open Google Play Store on your Android device
- Go to Menu → Account → Purchase history
- Find your AttendFlow subscription purchase
- Tap "Request a refund" or "Report a problem"
- Select a reason for the refund request
- Submit your request
Alternatively, you can request a refund through the Google Play Store website at play.google.com/store/account
2.3 Refund Processing
- Refund requests are processed by Google Play Store, not by AttendFlow
- Google typically processes refund requests within 1-3 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation from Google when your refund is processed
3. Eligibility for Refunds
3.1 Automatic Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for an automatic refund if:
- You request the refund within 48 hours of purchase
- The purchase was made by mistake
- The subscription was purchased but not used
- You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service
3.2 Special Circumstances
Google may consider refunds in special circumstances, such as:
- Unauthorized purchases made on your account
- Technical issues that prevent the app from functioning
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service unavailability for extended periods
Note: Refund eligibility is determined by Google Play Store based on their policies and your specific circumstances. AttendFlow does not have direct control over refund decisions.
4. Subscription Cancellation
4.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty:
- Open Google Play Store
- Go to Menu → Subscriptions
- Find "AttendFlow Premium"
- Tap "Cancel subscription"
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan
- Your data will be preserved, but Premium features will no longer be accessible
5. Free Trial and Promotional Offers
5.1 Free Trials
If you subscribed during a free trial period:
- You will not be charged until the free trial ends
- You can cancel during the free trial to avoid being charged
- If you cancel after the free trial ends, standard refund policies apply
5.2 Promotional Pricing
If you purchased a subscription at a promotional price:
- Refund policies apply the same as regular purchases
- If you cancel and resubscribe later, you may not be eligible for the same promotional price
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions that have been used for the full billing period
- Subscriptions cancelled after the refund window has expired
- Subscriptions where the user has received the full value of the service
- Subscriptions cancelled due to violation of Terms of Service
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider:
- Your AttendFlow account may be suspended or terminated
- We recommend resolving issues through Google Play Store's refund system first

8. Refund Processing Time
- Google Processing: 1-3 business days
- Payment Method Credit: 5-10 business days (varies by bank/card issuer)
- Total Time: Typically 5-14 business days from request to credit
9. Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original purchase. If currency exchange rates have changed, the refund amount may differ slightly from the original purchase amount due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Important Reminder: All refund requests must be submitted through Google Play Store. AttendFlow cannot process refunds directly. For the fastest resolution, please use Google Play Store's refund system.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of AttendFlow after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This Refund Policy is effective as of December 2024 and applies to all AttendFlow Premium subscriptions purchased through Google Play Store.
